Regan Agency was founded in 1983 and is now in its second generation of family ownership. Long Island-based and nationally reaching, we have spent over 40 years serving the insurance and risk management needs of individuals, businesses, and organizations across the Tri-State area and beyond.

We have earned the trust of our clients through integrity, responsiveness, and a commitment to offering quality insurance programs at competitive prices. Our staff averages over 20 years of experience, and we use technology to work faster without ever losing the thing that matters most: a knowledgeable, caring person on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Kevin Regan

Agency Principal

Kevin joined Regan Agency in 1996 after graduating from Providence College and has spent the past three decades learning every facet of the business. Today he leads the agency’s library insurance practice and manages personal, commercial, and health insurance programs for clients across the region.

Kevin is focused on building long-term relationships and exceeding client expectations every day. He lives in Bay Shore, NY with his wife and two children, is active in the local community, and serves on several local boards. Outside of work he enjoys fishing, woodworking, and time on the water.

Brennan Regan

Agency Principal

Brennan started working summers at the Regan Agency in 1995 while a student at Providence College and joined the company full-time in 1997. Since then, he has worked through all facets of the business and is now a principal owner of the agency with his brother, Kevin

With his primary focus on Commercial insurance, Brennan’s role in the agency is primarily sales, client services, and management. He was instrumental in the development of the Regan Agency’s cemetery programs while building a book of clients across all industries, large and small. He prides himself on having a broad base of insurance knowledge and the dynamic insurance market, as well as his attention to detail and always striving to meet each client’s needs.

Brennan lives in Bay Shore, New York, with his wife and two children. He is active in the community and local youth sports. He is also an avid triathlete and has completed several IRONMAN triathlons.
